    • The Hugo2 temperature regulating element in colour Arabica is for use with Hugo2 heated towel rail. The thermostatic element can be hard-wired in and casing goes to the wall to conceal wiring. A digital screen allows you to set the temperature, ranging from 10-65 degrees celsius. Turbo mode allows you to set the towel rail to maximum heating temperature for 1-3 hours, and a timer mode sets the desired number of hours you wish for the heating to be on for (1-9 hours).T-piece is not included.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
