    • The Trianco Activair R290 high-temperature heat pump pack combines the 5–15kW outdoor unit with a 150-litre pre-plumbed combi cylinder incorporating a 30-litre buffer. A pair of feet, two isolation valves and a filling loop are included for the packaged installation. The heat pump uses R290 refrigerant, delivers flow temperatures up to 75°C and supports app control with built-in SIM remote monitoring.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery. Re deliveries will be chargeable.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
