The Mercury Electric Combi Boiler is the Premium Electric Boiler solution for Heating & Hot Water with the added benefit of Weather Compensation & Advanced Service Diagnostics.
This Electric Combi Boiler provides a very cost effective alternative to electric storage heating, oil, solid fuel or LPG systems. It is the perfect solution to properties with no access to mains gas supply and homes which have gas boiler restrictions e.g. listed buildings and bed-sit sleeping areas. Not only is the Electric Boiler the ideal choice for wet central heating but is also suited to Underfloor Heating.
The Mercury Boiler outputs are 12kW & 14.4kW Single Phase, and 19kW & 26kW Three Phase. The operating temperatures of the boiler can be adjusted using the easy to use Digital Control Panel with adjustable temperature outputs ranging from 30°C-60°C (Hot Water) and 20°C-85°C (Central Heating).- Available in 12kW and 14.4kW single-phase models, and 19kW and 26kW three-phase models for larger demands.
- Combines high-efficiency heating and domestic hot water in one unit, ideal for properties off the gas grid.
- Compatible with wet central heating systems, underfloor heating, and properties with gas supply restrictions such as listed buildings or bedsits.
- Adjustable hot water range from 30°C to 60°C and heating range from 20°C to 85°C, managed via an intuitive digital control panel.
- Suitable for showers and sink outlets; 19kW and 26kW three-phase models recommended for bathtubs or larger hot water needs.
- Adjusts heating output based on external conditions, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
- Built-in diagnostics for easy troubleshooting and maintenance, enhancing reliability.
- More economical than electric storage heating, oil, solid fuel, or LPG systems, especially for off-grid properties.
- Features bare-wire heating elements resistant to limescale buildup, ensuring longevity and performance.

Our delivery policy
Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.
Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery.
If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.Order before 3.30pm for estimated delivery between Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th.
