    • The Reliance Water Controls (RWC) CPT15 is a premium, safety-critical Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve (T/PRV) designed to provide dual-layered protection for unvented hot water cylinders. Engineered to safeguard systems against critical over-pressurisation and overheating, this valve acts as the ultimate mechanical fail-safe should upstream electrical or temperature controls malfunction.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery. Re deliveries will be chargeable.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
