The Altecnic DISCAL automatic air separator is a DN150 flanged unit for removing entrained air from heating circuits. It has PN16 flanged connections, an epoxy resin coated steel body and a horizontal installation orientation, with insulation supplied around the separator. Maximum working pressure is 10 bar, the operating range is 0°C to 100°C, and the unit is suitable for water-glycol mixtures up to 50% glycol.
