    • The Snug Underfloor Heating Snug 12kW air source heat pump package combines a 3.58–12kW outdoor unit with a 200-litre combi cylinder incorporating buffer and expansion capacity. The heat pump supports heating and cooling operation, uses DC inverter control and can be managed through available Wi-Fi controls. The system package also includes a 28mm IntaKlean filter, CAT6 data link cable, anti-vibration flexible feet, 500mm pre-insulated flexible hoses and a pre-wired control box.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery. Re deliveries will be chargeable.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
