    • The Altecnic 309 temperature-pressure relief valves control and limit conditions inside domestic unvented hot water storage cylinders. By preventing water temperatures from reaching 100°C, they ensure system safety. When pre-set temperature or pressure limits are reached, the valve automatically discharges a sufficient volume of water. This process safely reduces internal levels, allowing the system to return to its normal operating parameters.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery. Re deliveries will be chargeable.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
