We are very happy with our new bathroom which was supplied and fitted by Croxley Plumbing. The service provided was excellent, from the initial consultation at home to choosing our bathroom suite in the showroom and the actual refit, everyone involved was very helpful. The fitter worked very hard so that the bathroom was completed in 3 weeks, it was lovely to have a fitter who tidied up after himself! Would definetely recommend.

I went in with a rough idea of what I needed for a tap and radiator and they were very helpful. Once I had decided what I needed they ordered them in and let my plumber know when they were ready to collect. Will def use again!

We have been using Croxley Plumbing for the past few years and are very happy with their service. They have completely redone two bathrooms for us - with good communications and interaction from the initial discussions, through design and installation. (If you ask they nicely they will even do a kitchen for you - very pleased with how ours turned out in 2024).

My shower pump packed up at the worst possible time, 23 December. Croxley Plumbing were efficient, polite and honest in directing me to their website for the cheapest price and were clear about christmas and new year closure. Once re-opened the order was delivered within 24 hours. Would recommend then without hesitation

Had a en-suite shower room totally refitted and a bathroom refurbished about two years ago by Croxley Plumbing. I was most impressed with this highly professional family company. Bob came over to measure up and advise and I subsequently visited their showroom twice to select sanitary ware and tiles. I felt I could take my time without any pressure being applied and Bob and his staff were available to move heavy tiles for me to view in natural light; I was even able to bring a few samples home to help me decide. Mike did the ordering of goods and it was very easy to communicate with him by email to discuss options. The fitter (who I think has since retired) was a very experienced, pleasant and friendly man who did a wonderful job. A couple of minor teething issues reported a few weeks after installation were promptly sorted. Two years on the shower room and bathroom look as good as new!
All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant customer service. Sadly, they didn't have what I needed in stock, but they gave me several other options, which is more than the manufacturer did. In the end, I didn't need it, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Croxley again because they bend over backwards to help, and most places don't have any level of customer service anymore. My refund was done quickly, and communication was quick and helpful.

I have been using Croxley plumbing and heating for many years, everything from a simple tap washer to waste traps to bathroom suites. No matter what your doing regarding your plumbing and heating the advice and guidance is always 1st class. I always feel the staff have a genuine care about your needs and help in every way they can. They also sell bottled gas for the BBQ. I wouldn't waste my time with multinational DIY stores when I have real experts local to my home.
