    • The Snug Underfloor Heating Snug 18kW high-temperature air source heat pump package combines the outdoor heat pump with a 250-litre unvented cylinder for space-heating and hot-water systems. The heat pump provides flow temperatures up to 75°C and uses a Panasonic DC inverter compressor in a galvanised powder-coated casing. Package equipment includes a 60-litre stainless-steel buffer tank with internal expansion, a 28mm IntaKlean system filter, CAT6 data link cable, anti-vibration feet, pre-insulated flexible hoses and a filling loop with pressure gauge. The cylinder is supplied pre-wired and pre-plumbed.

      Small to medium parcels are sent via courier. Any delivery instructions can be arranged via their website or app.

      Larger products are delivered via a pallet. Please note pallet deliveries are curbside and delivered by a third-party company. The drivers are not insured to take the delivery indoors and we recommend you arrange for two people to receive the delivery. Re deliveries will be chargeable.

      If your property is not reachable i.e up a flight of stairs, a narrow street or a gravel road delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
